I may be new to the real estate market, but not Loudoun County!!
I have experienced running a commercial enterprise in the Town of Leesburg and a long-term familiarity with both in town and countryside living.
Originally from Winston-Salem, NC,I have lived and remained in Loudoun County for 32 years. I moved to Leesburg in1982 with my then husband to start his medical practice. For the first eight years we enjoyed the convenience and friendliness of "in town" living..., walking or biking to dinners and going to the many downtown events.
I owned and operated "Linda McDow Hair Designers" from 1984-1990, a very successful hair salon in the historic district of downtown Leesburg. When we decided to have my daughter, Erin, I sold my salon to devote my time to motherhood and caring for my family and home.
Prior to my daughter's birth, we purchased a 10 acre farmette in lovely Waterford, VA, experiencing a much different lifestyle. We enjoyed horses, mountain views, and, due to my daughter's passion for ALL creatures, a menagerie of pets. During this time I was involved in many various school functions, took a leadership role in countless charitable events and served on numerous hospital committees.
Having been a part of this community consistently for more than half my life, I bring to the real estate profession; a passion for and knowledge of the area I serve, my years of experience in providing personal service to my clients, and a tireless work ethic to assist you in buying or selling your home.
